Alliar &#8211; Centro de Imagem Diagn\u00f3sticos S.A. hereby announces its 4Q16 and 2016results.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Net Revenue growth<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>36%<\/strong>\u00a0in 2016;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adjusted pro forma EBITDA<\/strong>\u00a0reached\u00a0<strong>R$207.5\u00a0<\/strong>million in 2016 (<strong>22.5%<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>margin<\/strong>, a 81 bps increase);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurring net income<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>R$53.7<\/strong>\u00a0million in the year versus a net loss of R$19.1 million in 2015;<strong>\u00a0R$39.7<\/strong>\u00a0million excluding minority interest;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurring operating cash flow<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>R$150.6<\/strong>\u00a0million in 2016, versus\u00a0<strong>R$ 112.5<\/strong>\u00a0million in the previous year\u00a0<strong>(+ 34%)<\/strong>, resulting in a cash conversion of\u00a0<strong>74%<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>19.9% ROIC<\/strong>\u00a0without goodwill, an increase of<strong>\u00a0243 bps<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initial public offering (IPO) at BM&amp;F Bovespa,<\/strong>\u00a0totaling\u00a0<strong>R$ 268<\/strong>\u00a0million in net proceeds for the Company and reducing the Net Debt\/EBITDA ratio\u00a0<strong>from 2.7x\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a0<strong>1.7x<\/strong>, in addition to providing the necessary funds for the expansion plan;<\/li>\n<li>Acquisitions of\u00a0<strong>Delfin<\/strong>\u00a0(leader in diagnostic imaging in the Northeast region of Brazil) and\u00a0<strong>Multilab<\/strong>, (one of the main clinical analysis brands in Campo Grande &#8211; MS);<\/li>\n<li>Addition of\u00a0<strong>27\u00a0<\/strong>PSC (3 mega, 15 standard and 9 collection points), being\u00a0<strong>9<\/strong>\u00a0in the quarter (mega unit CDB Ana Rosa, CDB Perdizes and Multilab units);<\/li>\n<li><strong>18<\/strong>\u00a0new MRI machines (<strong>+ 18%<\/strong>), with a\u00a0<strong>9%<\/strong>\u00a0increase in the average revenue per equipment;<\/li>\n<li><strong>68<\/strong>\u00a0new clinical analysis collection rooms (<strong>+42%<\/strong>);
