CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNOSTICS S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(“Company”) (B3: AALR3) in compliance with art. 157, \u00a7 4, of Law No. 6.404, of December 15, 1976, as amended and to the provisions of Securities Commission Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, as well as in addition to the material facts disclosed by the Company on November 18, 2021, November 26, 2021 and December 21 2021, informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received, on this date, a letter for disclosure to the market sent by Fonte de Sa\u00fade Fundo de Investimento em Participa\u00e7\u00f5es Multistrategia (“MAM”) in addition to the notice received by the Company, sent by MAM, disclosed in a Material Fact dated December 21, 2021.<\/p>\n

The entire content of MAM\u2018s letter is attached to this material fact.<\/p>\n
