Notice to the Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

Belo Horizonte, August 2, 2017<\/strong>\u00a0– CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGN\u00d3STICOS S.A. (“Company” or “Alliar”) hereby announces, in clarification to the news published on the present date, that it is in the process of hiring Mr. Frederico de Aguiar Oldani.<\/p>\n

Before joining Alliar, Mr. Oldani has worked at Cia Hering, where he acted as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer between 2009 and 2017. Mr. Oldani has also served as treasury officer at AmBev, risk manager at the Telef\u00f4nica Group, and fixed income, foreign exchange and derivatives manager at Fibra and Axial banks. Mr. Oldani holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and a graduate degree in finance from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (MBA – USP).<\/p>\n

The election of Mr. Oldani to the role of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer is still subject to approval by the Board of Directors of the Company. Upon his election, Mr. Fernando Henrique de Aldemundo Pereira will resume his activities as the Company\u2018s Chief Expansion Officer. Meanwhile, Mr. Carlos Thiago de Souza Araujo will resume his activities as Alliar\u2018s Chief Strategic Planning Officer. Until the effective election date, Mr. Pereira and Mr. Araujo will continue to exercise their current duties.<\/p>\n

The Company will inform the market when the election and investiture of Mr. Oldani in the statutory position mentioned above occur.<\/p>\n
