CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGN\u00d3STICOS S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(“Company” or “Alliar”), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404\/76, Instruction 358\/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Notice to the Market disclosed by the Company on August 2, 2017, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company\u2018s Board of Directors approved the election of Frederico de Aguiar Oldani to the positions of Chief Financial, Investor Relations and Expansion Officer, at a meeting held today, for a term of office unified with the other Executive Officers of Alliar, to be ended on April 24, 2019, his reelection being permitted.<\/p>\n

Frederico de Aguiar Oldani will replace Fernando Henrique de Aldemundo Pereira as Chief Financial and Expansion Officer, as well as Carlos Thiago de Souza Araujo as Investor Relations Officer.\u00a0As of today, Carlos Thiago de Souza Araujo will remain as Strategic Planning Officer, a position which he has already been occupying, and Fernando Henrique de Aldemundo Pereira will remain a member of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

Frederico de Aguiar Oldani has extensive professional experience, having worked as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Cia. Hering from 2009 to 2017. He was also Treasurer at AmBev, Risk Manager at Grupo Telef\u00f4nica, and Fixed Income, Exchange and Derivatives Manager at the Fibra and Axial banks. Frederico Oldani holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Finances from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (MBA – USP).<\/p>\n

The Board members thanked Fernando Henrique de Aldemundo Pereira and Carlos Thiago de Souza Ara\u00fajo for their dedication and contributions during their terms of office as Chief Financial and Expansion Officer and as Investor Relations Officer, respectively, acknowledging the significant results achieved by Alliar in these periods. The Board of Directors wished all executive officers to succeed in the new positions assumed in the Company<\/p>\n
