Notice to the Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

Belo Horizonte, January 10, 2018 –\u00a0CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGN\u00d3STICOS S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(“Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the CVM Instruction No. 358\/02, hereby announces that it has received from Capital International Investors (“CII”) a notice stating an increase from 5,874,300 to 5,996,700 ON shares of the Company, which now represents a 5.07% stake of Alliar\u2019s equity.<\/p>\n

The notice also states that: CII is a corporation validly existing under the laws of the State of California, in the Unites States of America; no other company belonging to the economic group of CII has equity stake in the Company; it is a minority investment which does not change the control or the management structure of the Company; currently, there is no specific quantity of shares of Alliar targeted by CII; CII has no other financial instruments referenced on Alliar\u2019s shares; no agreement or contract regulating the exercise of the voting right or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the Company was executed by CII.<\/p>\n
