S\u00e3o Paulo, April 24, 2019<\/strong>\u00a0–<\/strong>\u00a0CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGN\u00d3STICOS S.A. (“Company”)<\/strong>\u00a0hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, pursuant to the Company\u2018s management proposal made available to the market on March 22, 2019 (“Management Proposal<\/strong>“) and as approved at the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders\u2018 Meeting (“AESM<\/strong>“) held today, the Company will distribute to its shareholders the\u00a0total amount of R$ 10,000,000.00 (ten million reais) in dividends, corresponding to R$0.08453882885\u00a0<\/strong>per share, excluding treasury shares, net, pursuant to the current legislation, being: (i) R$ 6,715,891.86 (six million, seven hundred and fifteen thousand, eight hundred and ninety-one reais and eighty-six cents) as mandatory dividend, corresponding to R$ 0.05677536325 per share, excluding treasury shares, net, pursuant to the current legislation; and (ii) R$ 3,284,108.14 (three million, two hundred and eighty-four thousand, one hundred and eight reais and fourteen cents) as additional dividend, corresponding to R$ 0.02776346560 per share, excluding treasury shares, net, pursuant to the current legislation.<\/p>\n

Regarding the operating procedures of the institution responsible for the bookkeeping of the Company\u2018s shares, (i) the shareholders entitled to receive mandatory and additional dividends are those shareholders of record on April 25, 2019. As of April 26, 2019, the Company\u2018s shares will be traded ex-dividends; and (ii) mandatory and additional dividends will be paid in cash on May 7, 2019.<\/p>\n

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general informed of any new developments on the matter in this Notice to Shareholders.<\/p>\n
