Year to date, net income reached\u00a0<strong>R$19.5 million<\/strong>, up by 57.5% (+85.0% pro-forma)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by +526 bps<\/strong>, reaching\u00a0<strong>26.9%<\/strong>\u00a0in 2Q19 (+71 bps pro-forma), with an adjusted EBITDA of\u00a0<strong>R$73.1 million<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>+23.0%<\/strong>\u00a0vs 2Q18; +2.2% pro-forma). YTD adjusted EBITDA totaled\u00a0<strong>R$145.6 million\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>+22.5%<\/strong>), with a\u00a0<strong>27.3% margin<\/strong>\u00a0(pro-forma margin of 22.8%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Net revenue<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0<\/strong>in the quarter registered\u00a0<strong>R$272.4 million<\/strong>\u00a0(-1.0%), with\u00a0<strong>same-store-sales<\/strong>\u00a0(SSS) of\u00a0<strong>+2.0%<\/strong>\u00a0and impacted by units closed (mainly the sale of Hospital S\u00e3o Rafael\u2019s operations). Year to date,\u00a0<strong>net revenue<sup>1<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0reached\u00a0<strong>R$534.0 million<\/strong>\u00a0(-0.7%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operating cash generation<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>R$103.4 million\u00a0<\/strong>in 6M19 and cash conversion of\u00a0<strong>71.0%<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>YTD free cash flow<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>R$68.9 million<\/strong>\u00a0once again demonstrates Alliar\u2019s\u00a0<strong>strong cash generating capacity<\/strong>\u00a0(pro-forma free cash flow of\u00a0<strong>R$44.9 million<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In May 2019,\u00a0<strong>distribution of R$10.0 million\u00a0<\/strong>in<strong>\u00a0dividends<\/strong>, a payout ratio of 25% out of the R$40.1 million net income recorded in 2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ROIC<\/strong>\u00a0without goodwill reached\u00a0<strong>13.9%<\/strong>, up by\u00a0<strong>169 bps<\/strong>\u00a0vs 2Q18, reflecting the Company\u2019s continuity with its\u00a0<strong>investment maturation strategy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Net promoter score (<strong>NPS<\/strong>) of\u00a0<strong>66.7%<\/strong>\u00a0at the end of 2Q19, increasing by<strong>\u00a0130 bps<\/strong>\u00a0in the quarter (<strong>+190 bps<\/strong>\u00a0in the 1H19).
