{"id":2576,"date":"2023-06-01T11:34:35","date_gmt":"2023-06-01T14:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ri.allianca.com\/?post_type=noticias&#038;p=2576"},"modified":"2023-07-18T11:38:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T14:38:21","slug":"material-fact-auction-ppp-heuro","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/ri.allianca.com\/en\/noticias\/material-fact-auction-ppp-heuro\/","title":{"rendered":"Material Fact &#8211; Auction PPP &#8211; HEURO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>ALLIAN\u00c7A SA\u00daDE E PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00d5ES S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cAllian\u00e7a\u201d) (B3: AARL3), pursuant to art. 157, \u00a7 4, of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, as amended, hereby inform its shareholders and the market in general, in line with the strategic plan to diversify its portfolio of services in the health area and expand operations nationwide, the Company formed the Cons\u00f3rcio Sa\u00fade Rond\u00f4nia (\u201cConsortium\u201d) with a 70% stake held by Allian\u00e7a and 30% of the remaining stake by Proinvest, possessing extensive experience in hospital management and holder of the Public Private Partnership of Hospital do Sub\u00farbio, located in the State of Bahia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On the present date, the Consortium participated in the Public-Private Partnership (\u201cPPP\u201d) bidding auction, held at B3 S.A. \u2013 Brasil, Bolsa, Balc\u00e3o, in the form of an administrative concession for equipping and providing hospital management services for the HEURO Hospital de Urg\u00eancia e Emerg\u00eancia Regional de Cacoal \u2013 Rond\u00f4nia (\u201cConcession\u201d and \u201cHEURO\u201d), including the provision of medical services ( known as white coat), and its financial proposal was recognized as the best presented one in the binding, one of the necessary steps for signing the Concession contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Concession will be valid for 30 years, with a total consideration for the Consortium of R$ 10.1 billion in this period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Company emphasizes that the result of the auction and the consequent execution of the Concession contract is still subject to homologation and adjudication by the Secretary of State for Health of Rond\u00f4nia (SESAU).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Finally, the Company will keep shareholders and the market in general informed about any evolution related to the matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">S\u00e3o Paulo, June 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ALLIAN\u00c7A SA\u00daDE E PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00d5ES S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2576","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
