Ms. Isabella Tanure Correa<\/strong>, current Vice-President of the Company’s Board of Directors, will hold the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company on an interim basis from February 26, 2024. Mr. Pedro Thompson Landeira de Oliveira<\/strong> will leave the position to dedicate himself to other personal projects. The decision was taken by mutual agreement between the Company and the executive.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Company thanks Mr. Pedro Thompson for his contributions during the period in which he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and recognizes the high value of his work and commitment to Allian\u00e7a, wishing him success in the next phase of his career.
