Holds a solid academic background, including an Executive MBA from Insper, a specialization in Musculoskeletal Radiology from HCFMUSP, and a medical residency in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging from Hospital Sírio-Libanês, as well as a medical degree from UNICAMP and an observational fellowship in Radiology at Harvard Medical School (USA).

Has held positions at leading organizations such as UnitedHealth Group Brazil, Alliança Saúde, Hospital Samaritano Higienópolis, Salomão Zoppi Diagnósticos, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, and Grupo Saúde Bandeirantes. Is a specialist in hospital executive management, clinical governance, digital transformation, growth strategies, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Has managed operations with P&L exceeding R$1.3 billion and led initiatives involving accreditation processes, cost optimization, and strategic institutional partnerships.

Mr. Sartim has informed the Company that he has no criminal convictions, nor has he been subject to any administrative proceeding before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), or any final and unappealable judicial or administrative decision that would have suspended or disqualified him from performing any professional or commercial activities.

Mr. Sartim has further declared, for all purposes, that he does not consider himself a politically exposed person, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 301, dated April 16, 1999, as amended.

Jose Luiz Mendes Ramos Junior. Jose Luiz Mendes Ramos Junior is a lawyer and has held the position of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer since July 20, 2022. He is a graduate of Mackenzie Presbyterian University and has a specialization degree in Tax Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), where he also attended an extension course in Compliance. Jose Luiz has more than 10 years’ experience managing highly complex legal matters, including new business formation, restructuring transactions and acquisition of companies. He also was actively engaged in capital-raising processes through structured operations in the capital markets to finance real estate projects. Jose Luiz informed the Company that he is not subject to any criminal conviction, CVM administrative proceeding, or any final and unappealable conviction at the judicial or administrative level, which has either suspended or prohibited him from engaging in any professional or commercial activity. Jose Luiz informed for all purposes that he does not consider himself a politically exposed person, pursuant to CVM Instruction 301 of April 16, 1999, as amended.

Marcos del Corona Marcos. Mr. Marcos del Corona Marcos earned an undergraduate degree in Electric Engineering from Mackenzie São Paulo and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has more than 35 years of experience in the health segment and worked at global companies in the medical area and with important relationships in hospitals and with service providers in Brazil and Latin America. From 2014 to 2020, he was the General Director of GE’s Healthcare Division in Brazil, having started working at the company in 1998 as a Regional Sales Manager, and further being promoted to General Director of Brazil, General Director of Latin America, and General Director of Diagnostic Imaging Medicine of Latin America, all these positions in GE’s Healthcare Division. Mr. Marcos del Corona Marcos declared, for all legal purposes, that in the last five years he has not received any criminal conviction, any conviction or sentence in an administrative proceeding before the CVM, or any final and unappealable sentence, at the judicial or administrative levels, that suspended or prevented him from performing any professional or commercial activity. Furthermore, Mr. Marcos del Corona Marcos declared that, under applicable legislation, he is not considered a politically exposed person, under CVM Instruction 301, of April 16, 1999, as amended.
