Alliança

Alliança is the second largest company of diagnostic imaging in Brazil, with a technology park consisting of more than 120 MRI machines, more than 50 CT scanners, more than 350 ultrasound machines, among others, distributed along 105 service centers that are strategically positioned in 54 cities among 10 states. The Company has an historical growth rate higher than the rate of the industry‘s publicly-held companies in Brazil: from 2013 to 2017, its net revenue grew on average at a compounded annual rate (CAGR) of 41%, positioning the company among the largest diagnostic medicine companies in the country in terms of net revenue.

Created in December of 2010 from the merger of four leading imaging companies in the cities of Belo Horizonte, Juiz de Fora, São José dos Campos and Campo Grande, Alliança was born already with a prominent position in its business operation, due the history of high quality service by its predecessors. In the last six years, the Company‘s expansion happened through the associative acquisition of more than 20 companies and through the opening of more than 40 new units, both in markets in which the company already operated and also in new locations. The expansion plans prioritized the regions where there was a great potential for growth and involved companies with brands well-known in their respective areas. The Company follows the hub and spoke model, in which the association with regional leading companies is followed by the opening of units in nearby towns, located within its radius of influence. Thus, in addition to the presence in the large Brazilian centers, among which are the cities of São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Salvador, the Company also has a network of service centers spread along small and medium-sized Brazilian cities with high growth potential, and which show a pent-up demand for medical diagnostic exams of high complexity.

Currently, with more than 5,000 employees and nearly 900 service providers‘ physicians, Alliança has distinguished itself through the quality of its services. Alliança mission is to unite technology, innovation and entrepreneurship to bring excellence to medical exams in all regions of Brazil.
