Notice to the Market
Belo Horizonte, March 01, 2018 -CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNÓSTICOS S.A. (“Company“) hereby announces that the Company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting held today approved the change of address of the Company’s head office, with the subsequent consolidation of its Bylaws in order to reflect this change of address, which was approved by the Company’s shareholders at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on January 23rd, 2018.
As a result, the Company’s branch at Rua Marselhesa, 500, 7th floor, Vila Mariana, in the city and state of São Paulo, CEP 04020-060, inscribed at the register of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under number 42.771.949/0018-83, has now become the Company’s headquarters and head office and, consequently, the unit at Avenida Bernardo Monteiro, 1472/1474, in the city of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, CEP 30150-288, inscribed at the register of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under number 42.771.949/0001-35, has become a branch of the Company.
As instructed by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), the Company will continue reporting its information on the CVM website under CNPJ/MF number 42.771.949/0001-35, as stated in its registration as a publicly held company with said institution.
From today, the corporate events of the Company will be held at the following address: Rua Marselhesa, 500, 7th floor, Vila Mariana, São Paulo, São Paulo (CEP 04020-060).
The Company is taking the necessary measures to formalize these changes with the competent authorities.
