(“Company”. “Alliar”) (B3: AALR3) continuity with the material fact disclosed on September 22, 2022, informs that it concluded, on this date, the raising of financial resources, in a public offering with restricted efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction no. 476, coordinated, structured and distributed by BR Partners, through the issuance of simple debentures in the total amount of R$ 400,000,000.00.
