CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNOSTICA S.A. (“Company”. “Alliar”) (B3: AALR3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company‘s Board of Directors has elected Mr. Pedro Antonio Martins Aparicio to occupy the position of CFO & IRO, in a meeting held on this date.
Mr. Aparicio has 18 years of experience in finance and business management and has a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and executive education from Harvard Business School (USA). He worked in investment banks in Brazil and abroad and in the agribusiness, retail, energy and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, he led New Business, Investor Relations, Finance and M&A teams. Upon his election, Mr. Pedro Thompson will resume his activities exclusively as CEO of the Company.
