Itaú Account Holder: Directly through the website www.itau.com.br, in the Current Account menu> Income Tax Declaration> Shareholder Income Report.

Itaú non-account holders: On Itaú Corretora’s website at Portfolio www.itaucorretora.com.br > Bookkeeping of Shares> Income Statement.
If you do not have a registration, access the “Non-account holder” tab and click on “I want to register”.
The consultation will be available after the login and password are created and registration is confirmed.

On the íon Itaú app to update registration data (exclusively for Itaú Unibanco account holders and available only for Android).
Íon is the investment platform for Itaú Unibanco account holders that integrates investor data and portfolio via open banking.

Investors must access the Itaú app and update their registration data in the book-entry services environment as per their current account data, which eliminates several phases and speeds up the process.

Step 1: Updating information on the Itaú app:

1. Click on your name in the upper left menu > minha conta > meus dados cadastrais > atualize as informações necessárias.

Step 2: Validation of data on Íon Itaú:

1. Access íon from your Itaú current account;
2. Click the person icon on the right;
3. Go to Minha conta > Atualize seu cadastro escritural;
4. Click “Ok, vamos lá”;
5. Check if the registration data is correct and click “Ok, tudo certo.”
6. Indicate whether the account used on íon will be the same for receiving dividends and interest on equity;
7. Indicate whether you are, or are related to, a politically exposed person;
8. Check again your data once again, authorize its use for updating your bookkeeping record and click “Concluir.
