CCENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNÓSTICOS S.A. (“Company”) (B3: AALR3), informs its shareholders and the market in general that hat Mr. Gabriel Rozenberg presented today his resignation from the position of Investor Relations Officer of the Company.
The Company‘s Board of Directors, on this date, approved the election of Ms. Karla Maciel Dolabella, current Vice President of Administration and Finance, to also accumulate the position of Investor Relations Officer.
Mr. Gabriel will remain at the Company until December 31, 2021, period in which he will transition his functions to Ms. Karla, who will assume as Investor Relations Officer on January 1, 2022.
The Company thanks Mr. Gabriel for the exercise of his role and wishes him success in his new challenges.
