(“Company”, “Alliar”) (B3: AALR3), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and the provisions of CVM Resolution 44, of August 23, 2021, informs hereby that its controlling shareholder, Fonte de Saúde Fundo de Investimentos em Participações Multiestratégia (“Fonte de Saúde”), signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of quotas issued by ProEcho Cardiodata Serviços Médicos Ltda. (“ProEcho”), a company located in Rio de Janeiro specialized in Diagnostic Imaging.
