CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNOSTICS S.A. (“Company”. “Alliar”) (B3: AALR3) in compliance with art. 157, § 4, of Law No. 6.404, of December 15, 1976, as amended and to the provisions of Securities Commission Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, informs its shareholders and the market that Mr. Ricardo Dupin Lustosa presented, on this date, his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer.
On the same date, the Board of Directors became aware of the resignation of Mr. Ricardo Dupin Lustosa and unanimously elected Ms. Karla Maciel Dolabella, current CFO and Investor Relations Officer, to temporarily occupy the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company, thus accumulating with the current positions held in the Company, with effect from this date. Ms. Karla Maciel Dolabella joined Grupo Alliar in April 2021 and has contributed substantially to the execution of the Company‘s strategy.
Ms. Karla Maciel Dolabella holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the Federal University of Rio Grande and a Postgraduate Degree from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Finance from Insper.
The Company thanks Mr. Ricardo Dupin Lustosa for his dedication in carrying out his duties as Chief Executive Officer in recent months and wishes Ms. Karla Maciel Dolabella success in her new role.
